As the crane smoothly lowered the final main mixing unit into the container, the loading process for the BB fertilizer mixer and auxiliary equipment—manufactured for a Polish client—was completed, and the shipment officially set off. This equipment is intended for the capacity expansion and retrofitting of the client's existing blended fertilizer workshop and is expected to arrive at the Port of Gdańsk, Poland, in 45 days.
The shipment includes the BB fertilizer mixer, fertilizer screener machine, bucket elevator, and associated conveying and dust removal systems. To accommodate the client's limited workshop space and tight retrofit schedule, the mixer features a modular, split-component design; the drum, mixing shaft, drive assembly, and motor base can be disassembled and reassembled independently. The dimensions of the largest single component are kept under 2.8 meters, facilitating transport and positioning on-site via the existing freight elevator. Additionally, all exposed carbon steel parts have undergone a dual-layer anti-corrosion treatment—consisting of an epoxy zinc-rich primer and a polyurethane topcoat—to withstand the high-humidity, high-salinity environment caused by local winter road de-icing agents.

Prior to shipment, a joint team comprising production, quality control, and foreign trade personnel conducted a thorough, item-by-item review against the technical specifications confirmed by the Polish client. Test runs with material demonstrated a mixing uniformity of 97.6% and a discharge residue rate of 0.42%, with static batching accuracy exceeding ±0.3%—all meeting contractual requirements. During packaging, precision sensors and electrical components were individually sealed in anti-static bags; critical parts like the mixing shaft were coated with anti-rust grease and fitted with protective wooden casings; and container exteriors were clearly marked with case numbers, centers of gravity, and lifting instructions.
Regarding logistics, the cargo is being transported entirely via container and is covered by comprehensive freight insurance. Accompanying documentation includes installation drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and spare parts lists. The company has assigned personnel to track the shipping schedule and will coordinate with the client regarding customs clearance and unloading preparations prior to the equipment's arrival, ensuring a smooth handover.
