The BB fertilizer mixer is a simple and easy-to-use granular material mixing device, responsible for uniformly mixing various granular fertilizers in a BB fertilizer production line. The equipment's automation level is flexibly adjustable; it can be configured with an automatic batching and weighing system, or operated manually with manual feeding. Mixing time is short, completing a batch in just a few minutes, suitable for continuous production. Daily operation mainly involves setting the mixing time and discharge timing, which is easy for workers to master.
Working Principle
After the granular material enters the mixing drum, the main shaft rotates, driving the mixing arms to push the material upwards along the drum wall. The material forms a continuous convection circulation within the drum, with the granules intermingling and mixing during the tumbling process. The mixing mechanism's speed is designed to be moderate, ensuring mixing efficiency while avoiding excessive speed that could cause granule breakage. After mixing is complete, the discharge gate opens, and the material is discharged by gravity.
Operating Methods
Before starting the machine, check for any residual material in the drum, ensure the mixing arms are intact and securely fastened, and check the opening and closing status of the discharge gate.
After the machine starts normally without load, add each component of the granular fertilizer according to the formula. Start timing and mixing after adding the materials; the mixing time is generally 3-8 minutes.
After mixing, open the discharge gate to release the material. Close the discharge gate after all material has been discharged. When switching formulas between batches, clean any residual material inside the drum to prevent cross-contamination.
