Four double roller press granulators and matching mixers loaded and shipped to Malaysia

With the last box of accessories secured, a container truck fully loaded with equipment slowly drove out of the production plant. Our company's export of four double roller press granulators, matching mixers, and a batch of specialized spare parts to Malaysia has been officially completed and will soon arrive at the customer's site via sea.

This batch of equipment will be used in a local fertilizer processing project in Malaysia. The double roller press granulator is one of the company's core products, employing a dry extrusion process that eliminates the need for drying, producing uniform granules with adjustable hardness. The matching mixer improves raw material mixing efficiency. During production, the technical department optimized the roller material and speed based on the customer's material characteristics and completed continuous no-load test runs. Before shipment, quality inspectors checked the appearance, electrical wiring, and spare parts of each unit. Packaging used stretch film, wooden crates, and moisture-proof materials to meet the requirements of long-distance sea freight.

The foreign trade department simultaneously completed booking, customs declaration, and shipping mark verification, and arranged for loading and unloading personnel to properly load the equipment to prevent displacement during transportation. The shipment includes a Chinese and English operation manual, installation diagrams, a list of vulnerable parts, and maintenance videos to facilitate on-site inventory and installation for customers.

Next, our after-sales team will guide customers through installation and commissioning using various methods and continuously monitor the equipment's operation. This shipment further strengthens our cooperative relationship with our Malaysian customer and lays the foundation for future order expansion in the Southeast Asian market.
