Two double roller press granulators and onevertical disc mixer, manufactured by our company for a Malaysian customer, underwent a 48-hour live-load linkage test before shipment. All three machines operated continuously at the actual production pace, processing raw materials synchronously. Once all indicators stabilized, the machines were disassembled and shipped.
The test was conducted on a trial bench in our factory, simulating the customer's on-site process: the raw materials were first mixed in the vertical disc mixer, and after achieving the required uniformity, they entered the double roller press granulator through a chute. The finished granules were manually inspected. During the test, the mixer's discharge gate opened and closed over 1200 times, and the cylinders operated normally without jamming. The gap between the granulator's extrusion rollers was measured daily, with a maximum wear of only 0.02 mm. The average granulation rate was 91.3%, exceeding the contractually agreed 85%. After the test, the remaining material was discharged from all three machines, the interiors were cleaned, and key parts were re-lubricated.

During disassembly, technicians stamped positioning marks at the connections between the mixer disc and the base, and between the granulator roller frame and the machine body, allowing customers to quickly reassemble them according to these marks. Packaging involved the main unit being packaged naked and secured with wooden pallets, while auxiliary equipment was boxed. Two granulators were packed into one open-top cabinet, with the disassembled mixer housed in the same cabinet as the accessories.
The accompanying test report details the current, temperature, and output data for each shift over 48 hours, with copies in both Chinese and English. Customs clearance has been completed, and the goods have been handed over to the freight forwarder for shipment.
