Five double roller press granulators manufactured for a Malaysian client have successfully completed a 72-hour continuous load test. After performance metrics stabilized, the units were disassembled, packed, and loaded into containers for shipment. This represents one of the largest single batches of extrusion granulation equipment the company has shipped to Malaysia this year.
During the testing phase, the five units processed a raw material mixture of phosphate rock powder and urea (supplied by the client), with loads gradually increased to 80%, 100%, and 110% of rated capacity. Throughout the process, the granulation rate remained consistently above 90%, and the deviation in granule diameter uniformity was less than 3%. Technicians recorded bearing temperatures, extrusion roll gaps, and motor currents every six hours, showing consistent data across all five units. During the 110% overload test, Unit No. 2 experienced a brief current fluctuation; a post-shutdown inspection revealed this was caused by a temporary spike in raw material moisture content. Normal operation resumed after a formula adjustment, with no impact on the overall schedule.

For disassembly and packaging, each unit was separated into four modules: the extrusion roll assembly, the gear-motor assembly, the feeder, and the base. Extrusion roll surfaces were cleaned, coated with anti-rust grease, and wrapped in three layers of aluminum foil composite film. The five bases were welded to steel support brackets, and plastic plugs were inserted into the bolt holes. The equipment was distributed across two high-cube containers; the main units were arranged in a staggered "three-front, two-back" configuration, separated by timber blocks and inflatable dunnage bags. A third container held the accessory boxes, containing spare roll shells, hydraulic seal kits, and specialized tools.
Documentation accompanying the shipment includes bilingual (Chinese-English) test reports, performance data curves for each unit, and installation drawings. Customs clearance has been completed, and the cargo is en route to Port Klang.
