The Installation and Commissioning of Rotary Drum Granulator
1.Installation
After the machine arrives at the factory, it is installed in accordance with the technological process. It is pointed out that elevation and horizontal position, inclined installation, inclination is 2-5 degrees (which can be adjusted by users). The bracket and transmission frame of the machine have foot holes, which can be installed on concrete.
The total thickness of the cushion plate between the base and the foundation of the machine should be no more than 30-35 inches.
1)The height of each base is adjusted by the bamboo cushion plate to reach the inclination of the cylinder;
2)The adjustment of each base is suitable for placing the cylinder on the bracket and adjusting the supporting wheel;
3)Installing the transmission part of the granulator;
4)After the adjustment of the supporting wheel, transmission device and cylinder is suitable, the cement is poured. After 8-10 days, the cement is solidified, the no-load test is started;
5)Commissioning method of body position:
a.Install two parallel steel wires on the full length of the left and right sides of the body. The diameter of the steel wires is 0.5-1mm and check the level of the steel wires with a horizontal instrument.
b.Put down two line drops tangent to the wheel belt along the two sides of the granulator on the wheel belt.
c.Measure the distance from the wire to the drop to detect the body's horizontal position.
d.Detecting the relative vertical elevation of the highest points of the two wheels to check the position of the body on the vertical plane;
e.Adjust the chassis tugboat to make the body in the right position;
2.No-load test run:
1)The temperature of the bearings should rise steadily for 8 hours without ground break. The temperature of the bearings should not be higher than 50 C at the end of the test run.
2)The noise of gears should be uniform, not high or low.
3)No serious wear and abrasion of bearings shall be observed after commissioning.
