Our company recently completed the factory commissioning of a complete roller press granulator production line. All equipment was disassembled and packaged into modules, then packed into three containers, and the shipment has been arranged by the freight forwarder. This marks the first time our company has exported extrusion granulation equipment to Malaysia using a "complete line delivery" model, covering the entire process from feeding, extrusion, crushing, screening, return material, and finished product conveying.

During the commissioning phase, the production department fed the client-provided raw material samples into the production line, running it continuously for 6 hours, producing approximately 9 tons of qualified granules. During this period, three parameter adjustments were made to the extrusion roller gap, crusher speed, and screen tension, ultimately stabilizing the granulation rate at over 91%. The client observed the feeding, granulation, and screening processes in real-time via video and expressed approval of the commissioning results. Subsequently, the technical department divided the entire line into nine functional modules, each individually numbered, and created a "Container Loading Sequence Diagram" and a "Field Assembly Flow Chart," which accompanied the shipment.

During packaging, the extrusion main unit's rollers were coated with anti-rust grease and then sealed with nitrogen-filled bags. Anti-vibration pads were added to the geared motors for transport. All internal components of the electrical control cabinet were reinforced, the cabinet doors were locked, and moisture-proof labels were affixed. The three containers were loaded according to the following categories: "Main Unit Cabinet—Auxiliary Unit Cabinet—Electrical Control and Accessories Cabinet," and each cabinet passed off-center load testing. Customs declaration documents have been uploaded, and the customer has received scanned copies of all packing lists and shipping schedule information.
