The whole process of organic fertilizer production line
can be simply divided into three processes: pre-treatment, one-time fermentation and post granulation.
1. Raw material pretreatment: after the compost raw material is transported to the storage yard, weighed by the scale, it is sent to the mixing and mixing device. It cannot be mixed with the organic waste water of production and living in the plant, but must be mixed with clear water. Then the organic fertilizer biological fermentation agent is added, and according to the raw material composition (chicken manure: cassava residue: straw = 6:2:2), the water content of the organic fertilizer is 60% - 65%, and the carbon nitrogen ratio is 20-30. After mixing, the next process is started. The brown sugar must be dissolved in water before adding the organic fertilizer and biological fermentation agent, and then evenly sprinkle the diluent on the raw material, and fully stir with the mixer.
Note: compost raw materials should be treated several hours in advance and soaked with water. The water used to dilute biological fermentation bacteria should be regarded as drinking water without disinfectant (such as bleaching powder, etc.).
2. Primary fermentation: the mixed raw materials are sent to the primary fermentation workshop by loader and piled up into fermentation piles. At the same time, the raw materials are turned over for 2 days or so, and water and nutrients are added. The fermentation temperature is controlled at 50 ℃ ~ 65 ℃ (hand touching and scalding), and aerobic fermentation is carried out. The primary fermentation cycle of this project is 8 days. Each day, the raw materials are fed into one tank and the semi-finished products are discharged. After the fermented semi-finished products are discharged, Prepare for the next process.
3. Post granulation: further screen the compost products, and treat the materials under the screen according to the water content. The screened matter is produced by the fertilizer granulator, and then the granular organic fertilizer is sent to the drying and cooling machine for drying and cooling, so as to increase the strength of the granular organic fertilizer and ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation and storage. After that, coating is carried out, various additives are added according to the proportion, and then the finished product is made after mixing, sub packed and put into storage for sale. The screening materials are returned to the crushing process for reuse.
The technological process of the whole organic fertilizer production line specifically includes physical dehydration of fresh crop straw → crushing of dry raw materials → screening → mixing (the crop straw crushed by fresh animal manure is mixed in proportion) → composting and fermentation → observation of temperature change → blowing and turning over → water control → screening → finished products → packaging → warehousing.
