New type two in one organic fertilizer granulator and mixer shipped to Ganzhou, Jiangxi

A new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator and a mixer, custom-built for a client in Ganzhou, Jiangxi, have successfully passed factory inspections and been loaded onto a truck for shipment to the client's site. The client processes a fermented mixture primarily composed of chicken manure, distillers' grains, and fungal residue; this material is highly viscous and has a high moisture content, necessitating equipment with superior anti-sticking properties.

To address these characteristics, the technical department implemented specific design features: the inner wall of the granulator's chamber is lined with an 8mm-thick UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) sheet, which offers a low coefficient of friction to prevent wet material adhesion, while the mixer blades feature a mirror-polished finish to minimize material entanglement. The "two-in-one" granulator integrates mixing and granulation functions within a single cylinder; mixed material enters the extrusion zone directly, eliminating intermediate conveying steps and reducing potential sticking points. During the trial run—conducted over two hours using the client's supplied material—discharge was smooth with no clogging, and the granulation rate remained consistently above 87%.

Prior to shipment, quality control personnel verified the extrusion roller clearance on the granulator, the drive belt tension on the mixer, and the emergency stop functions on both units, confirming everything was in order. For packaging, the electrical control cabinet was sealed in a moisture-proof bag, and exposed shaft ends were coated with anti-rust grease before being wrapped in stretch film. The main units were secured to the truck bed using steel brackets, while accessory boxes were placed in the gaps between equipment and tightened down with straps.

Accompanying documentation—including installation drawings, operation manuals, and trial run records—was sealed in a waterproof bag. The shipment has now departed the factory and is en route to Ganzhou.
