A hydraulic roller press granulator from our company has recently passed specialized hydraulic system testing and has been loaded onto a truck for shipment to Karachi, Pakistan. The equipment utilizes hydraulic cylinders to apply pressure to the extrusion rollers—with pressure infinitely adjustable between 8 and 25 MPa—making it ideal for processing compound fertilizer raw materials with varying hardness levels.

Unlike conventional mechanically pressurized models, the performance of the hydraulic roller system hinges on pressure stability and hydraulic fluid cleanliness. Prior to shipment, the Quality Control Department conducted a 72-hour pressure-retention test on the hydraulic power unit; the system pressure drop was less than 0.3 MPa, meeting continuous production requirements. The hydraulic fluid achieved a cleanliness rating of NAS Class 7, and the interior of the oil tank was manually wiped clean to ensure no residual impurities. Nitrogen pre-charge pressures for the accumulators were individually verified, with deviations controlled to within ±2% of the set values. To accommodate Karachi's high summer temperatures, the hydraulic unit is equipped with an air-cooled heat exchanger; the oil tank temperature sensor is integrated into the PLC, triggering an automatic alarm and forced cooling if the oil temperature exceeds 60°C.

Regarding packaging, hydraulic hoses were individually numbered and their ports sealed; hydraulic cylinder piston rods were coated with anti-rust grease and fitted with protective plastic sleeves; and the hydraulic unit was packed in a dedicated wooden crate lined with anti-vibration rubber. The main machine and the hydraulic unit were loaded into separate containers to prevent transport vibrations from damaging precision valve components. Accompanying documentation—provided in both Chinese and English—includes hydraulic schematics, fluid analysis reports, accumulator nitrogen charging records, and commissioning instructions. Customs clearance is complete, and the shipment is ready for dispatch.
