An NPK blending fertilizer production line, custom-built for a Nigerian client, has successfully completed factory trial runs. The equipment has been packed into three containers and shipped from the Port of Shanghai to the Port of Lagos. The production line features automatic batching, twin-shaft mixing, finished product packaging, and dust removal systems, with a designed hourly capacity of 5 tons.

To address the high humidity of Nigeria's rainy season and significant grid voltage fluctuations, the technical department implemented three key adjustments: the electrical control system was equipped with a wide-range voltage stabilizer to ensure stable operation between 180V and 440V; electrical components were upgraded to moisture-resistant versions, control cabinets were fitted with automatic dehumidifying heaters and double-layer door seals; and the inner walls of batching bins and mixers were lined with UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) sheets to minimize the adhesion and caking of hygroscopic raw materials, while load cells received moisture-proof encapsulation.

During the trial run, the entire line operated continuously for four hours using the client's raw materials; static batching accuracy exceeded ±0.3%, mixing uniformity reached 95.6%, and packaging speed remained stable at 120 bags per hour. The client's local agent observed the entire process via video and confirmed the equipment's excellent performance.

For shipment, the main unit was secured with steel brackets, desiccants were placed inside the electrical control cabinets, and all three containers passed off-center load inspections. Fumigation-free plywood crates were used for external packaging to comply with Nigerian import quarantine regulations. Accompanying documentation includes English installation drawings, operation manuals, electrical schematics, and the trial run report. Customs clearance is complete, and the shipment is ready for departure.
