Our company has completed pre-shipment compatibility testing for five ring die pelleting machines using multiple formulas; the units have been loaded onto two trucks and dispatched to the client's site in Guizhou. The client specializes in the resource utilization of organic waste, processing a diverse range of raw materials—such as distiller's grains, spent mushroom substrate, crop stalks, and herbal medicine residues—that vary significantly in moisture and fiber content.
To address these variations, our technical department opted against a standardized configuration; instead, we equipped each of the five machines with a ring die featuring a specific compression ratio (ranging from 1:8 to 1:12) and adjusted the roller gap and cutter angle accordingly. During the testing phase, each machine ran continuously for two hours using the client-supplied raw materials; pellet formation rates exceeded 88% across the board, with distiller's grains achieving the highest rate at 93%. Technicians recorded data on current, output, and pellet temperature for each unit, compiling five separate compatibility reports.

Regarding packaging, the precision ring dies and rollers were removed and packed individually in wooden crates lined with anti-vibration rubber; the main units were secured to steel skids, with drive belts loosened and bundled separately. A material compatibility label—specifying the applicable feedstock and ring-die serial number—was affixed next to the nameplate of each machine.
Accompanying documentation includes the five compatibility reports, a ring-die compression ratio reference chart, and installation diagrams. The trucks have departed the factory and are expected to arrive in Guizhou in three days. The client has confirmed that the site is equipped for unloading, allowing for immediate installation based on the material-specific labels.
