BB fertilizer mixer prepared and dispatched following order verification

Yesterday morning, in the dispatch area of our finished goods warehouse, a BB fertilizer mixer and its accessories underwent final pre-shipment preparation. After being individually inventoried, cleaned, and protected, the items were loaded onto transport vehicles in batches and officially dispatched to the customer's site.

The preparation process began at 7:00 AM, involving personnel from the Production, Quality Inspection, and Warehouse departments. The main mixer unit had already undergone surface cleaning in the workshop; the gear motor housing was wiped clean of residual oil from test runs, and the mixing shaft and paddles were coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped in stretch film. Accessory preparation was even more meticulous: anchor bolts were bagged by specification with quantity labels attached; the electrical control box was individually wrapped in bubble wrap with desiccant placed inside; and tools and consumable sealing rings were arranged in a wooden crate according to the packing list, with "Packing List Enclosed" marked on the exterior. During the process, warehouse staff cross-checked items against the packing list; discovering a shortage of two flange gaskets, they immediately replenished them from the spare parts inventory and updated the packing list version.

During loading, the main unit was secured using a steel bracket, with anti-slip rubber padding placed between it and the truck bed. Wooden crates containing accessories were stowed in the spaces around the main unit and tightened securely with straps. Once all cargo was secured, the driver and the loading supervisor conducted a final walk-around inspection to ensure nothing was loose or missing, subsequently signing the loading confirmation form.

This BB fertilizer mixer features a horizontal ribbon-style design with a 2-ton batch mixing capacity and is destined for the raw material mixing section of the customer's compound fertilizer workshop. Accompanying documentsincluding the operation manual, drawings for consumable parts, and the packing listwere sealed in a waterproof document pouch.
