Customized fertilizer mixer machine and screw conveyor shipped to Malaysia

Recently, a customized fertilizer mixer machine and its accompanying screw conveyor, manufactured for a Malaysian client, passed factory acceptance testing and were officially loaded for shipment. This equipment will be used for the mixing and transfer of organic fertilizer raw materials.

The mixer features a horizontal double shaft design with an effective volume of 4 cubic meters. To address the client's material characteristics—specifically high moisture content and a tendency to stick—the technical department installed replaceable wear-resistant liners on the inner walls of the mixing chamber and replaced the standard pneumatic slide gate at the discharge outlet with a hydraulic flap gate to minimize the risk of clogging. The accompanying screw conveyor was custom-engineered to fit the client's workshop layout, featuring thickened, polished screw flights and a quick-access clean-out port for easy maintenance.

During production, the mixer underwent a continuous four-hour no-load test, with bearing temperature rise remaining stable within 35°C; the screw conveyor underwent load simulation testing, achieving the design throughput of 15 tons per hour. Prior to shipment, the equipment surfaces were coated with anti-rust primer and topcoat, critical components such as the mixing shaft and gear motor were moisture-proofed, and the entire unit was secured in an iron frame before being loaded into a shipping container. Accompanying documentation includes operation manuals (in both Chinese and English), drawings of wear parts, and installation guidance videos.

Customs clearance has been completed, and the shipment is currently en route to Port Klang. The sales department has provided the client with tracking details and the estimated time of arrival, and has arranged for after-sales personnel to stand by to provide installation guidance once the equipment arrives on-site.
