In the loading area, the two main units were lifted by gantry crane into a 40-foot open-top container. Technicians adjusted their positioning on-site to ensure the tank supports were securely fastened to the pre-welded floor anchors, preventing any shifting during maritime transport.
The horizontal fermentation tank features an effective volume of 8 cubic meters and a double-layer insulation structure; equipped with an internal paddle-style mixing shaft, it is designed for the aerobic fermentation of high-moisture organic materials. The flat die pelleting machine offers an hourly output of 1.5 tons, with die apertures interchangeable according to customer formulas and a cutter adjustment mechanism fitted to the machine head. As both units feature non-standard dimensions, the production department devised a specialized loading plan: the fermentation tank was disassembled into three sections—the main cylinder, the mixing shaft, and the drive base—while the flat die pelleting machine was lifted as a single unit and fitted with anti-tilt supports to maximize internal container space.
Regarding accessories, items such as gearboxes, motors, die plates, cutters, and seals were categorized and packed into nine crates, each with a corresponding numbered packing list. Rust-prone parts were coated with anti-rust grease and wrapped in bubble wrap, while electrical components were sealed in individual moisture-proof bags. Voids within the container were filled with dunnage bags and timber blocks to prevent collisions caused by turbulence during sea transport.
The foreign trade department has completed customs declarations; the cargo is scheduled to arrive at the port tomorrow before being shipped to the customer's site. Accompanying documentation includes installation drawings (in both Chinese and English), packing lists, and test-run reports. On-site loading supervisors confirmed that the equipment is securely fastened; after the container doors were closed, the load passed an off-center load inspection, fully complying with maritime safety regulations.
