Our company's rotary screener machine and uniform feeder have been loaded for shipment to Malaysia

In the workshop's shipping area, a rotary screener machine and a uniformity feeding machine were successively hoisted and securely placed onto a flatbed truck. This equipment—along with accessories such as screen meshes, drive chains, bearing housings, and seals—is bound for Kuantan Port, Malaysia, where it will be used for raw material screening and metered feeding in the client's fertilizer production line.

The two units were custom-built to match the interface dimensions of the client's existing production line. The rotary screener machine features a drum with a 1.2-meter diameter and a 3-meter length; it utilizes a dual-layer screen design (8-mesh inner layer and 14-mesh outer layer) capable of simultaneously separating coarse particles and fine powder. To withstand Malaysia's high humidity, the drum and the feed/discharge ports are constructed from stainless steel; a moisture-proof cover is installed at the drive end, and the motor's protection rating has been upgraded to IP55. The uniformity feeding machine employs variable-frequency speed control, features a wear-resistant polymer liner in the trough, and is equipped with a manually adjustable gate at the discharge outlet, allowing the client to flexibly control feed rates based on downstream process requirements.

Prior to shipment, quality inspectors conducted a two-hour trial run with material for the screener machine, achieving a screening efficiency of over 92%. The uniformity feeding machine underwent variable-frequency range testing, with deviations in minimum and maximum feed rates falling within design specifications. Accessories were boxed and labeled by category, with wear parts individually packaged after being coated in anti-rust oil. The equipment was secured using steel cradles and stretch wrap, with bilingual (Chinese and English) lifting and moisture-protection labels affixed to the exterior.

The logistics department has finalized shipping space booking and export customs declarations; the cargo will be transported by sea from Shanghai Port to Malaysia. Installation drawings, operation manuals, parts lists, and trial run records are included with the shipment, enabling the client to quickly complete inventory checks and installation preparations.
