A rotary screener machine and chain crusher have completed joint commissioning and are being shipped to Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia

One rotary screener machine and two chain crushers from our company recently completed pre-shipment joint testing and were loaded onto a freight truck and shipped to Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. The equipment will be used at the connection point between the crushing and screening sections in the customer's organic fertilizer production line.

Before shipment, the production department temporarily connected the equipment in series according to the customer's site layout in the test area and conducted a 4-hour live operation with material. The raw material was first crushed by the chain crusher and then entered the rotary drum screen for grading, processing approximately 12 tons of raw material in total. The chain crusher produced uniform particle size without any material jamming; the rotary screener machine's screen was unblocked, and the screening efficiency remained stable at over 90%. During the joint commissioning, technicians fine-tuned the chain tension of the crusher based on the amount of material returned from the screen, synchronizing the working rhythm of the two sets of equipment and avoiding secondary adjustments on-site.

Considering the characteristics of Ulanqab region, such as strong winds, sandstorms, and low winter temperatures, the equipment's standard configuration has been adapted accordingly. The bearing housings at the drive end of the rotary screener machine are equipped with double dustproof seals, and the motor protective cover adopts a fully enclosed structure. The lubrication points of the chain crusher are uniformly filled with low-temperature grease to ensure smooth start-up in environments as cold as -20°C. The entire outer surface of the equipment is treated with a double protective layer of epoxy primer and acrylic topcoat to prevent corrosion from the local alkaline soil environment.

The equipment is secured using steel brackets, and the truck is equipped with mounting bolts and shims. The transportation route is northward from Zhengzhou, covering approximately 900 kilometers, and is expected to arrive in Jining District, Ulanqab, in two days. Installation personnel have already departed and will begin installation upon arrival.
