NPK blending fertilizer production line and blender: The core combination for precise formulation

NPK blended fertilizer (BB fertilizer) has become the mainstay of soil testing-based fertilizer application due to its flexible formulation and controllable cost. Its core production lies in the seamless cooperation between the NPK blending fertilizer production line and the NPK blending machine.

Production Line: Automated Process

A complete NPK blending fertilizer production line consists of a raw material silo, metering system, mixing equipment, and packaging machine connected in series. Urea, monoammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, and other granular raw materials are stored separately. During production, electronic scales accurately weigh them according to the formula with minimal error. The materials then enter the NPK blending machine for mixing and are finally automatically packaged. The entire process is seamless and efficient, directly converting the formula into the finished product.

Blender: The Core of Mixing Technology

As the core of the production line, the blender determines the uniformity. The mainstream double axis paddle mixer uses two shafts rotating in opposite directions, causing the material to tumble three-dimensionally, achieving a uniformity of over 95% and effectively preventing particle stratification. Each batch mixing time is approximately 5 minutes; excessively long mixing times can easily lead to particle breakage.

Key Prerequisite: Particle Size Matching

Efficient collaboration between the production line and the NPK blending machine relies on matching the particle size of the raw materials. Urea, ammonium phosphate, and potash fertilizer particles must be similar in size; otherwise, even after homogenization, segregation will still occur during transportation.

From metering to mixing, the NPK blending fertilizer production line and blending machine work closely together to ensure that every granule of fertilizer carries a scientifically formulated proportion.
