At a new workshop for a fertilizer manufacturer in Shijiazhuang, the installation of the roller press granulator production line supplied by our company is proceeding at full speed. The project has now entered the precision assembly phase for the core roller-pressing unit; overall progress is on schedule, and the line is expected to commence production as planned. Utilizing a dry, ambient-temperature granulation process, this line will help the client expand production capacity for high-concentration compound fertilizers, meeting the diverse fertilizer production needs of the North China region.
Construction activities across the three main sections—raw material pre-mixing, roller-pressing/forming, and screening/material recycling—are being carried out concurrently. Current efforts focus on the assembly of the main double-roller unit; technicians are installing highly wear-resistant alloy roller shells and using specialized tooling to precisely calibrate roller coaxiality and the extrusion gap, thereby ensuring high granule formation rates and product strength at the assembly stage. The construction team is simultaneously optimizing pipeline layouts and power connection schemes, conducting daily progress reviews to ensure seamless coordination between all process steps.

The delivered line employs a dry granulation process that eliminates the need for drying, offering significant reductions in energy consumption and footprint compared to traditional wet granulation lines. It offers the flexibility to produce a wide range of granular products, including NPK compound fertilizers and fertilizers enriched with medium and trace elements. The resulting granules feature high strength and low recycle rates, catering to the local enterprise's need for flexible, multi-variety production. Additionally, the entire line is equipped with a closed-loop dust removal system to ensure compliance with regional environmental standards.
Our company has dispatched a professional technical team to provide on-site guidance throughout the process and conduct technical briefings for the client's operations and maintenance staff. Following the assembly of the main unit, the project will proceed sequentially to individual machine test runs, integrated system commissioning, and trial production with raw materials.
