Three types of extruding fertilizer granulator
1. Roller granulator
The dry powder material is added from the top of the roller granulator, and enters into the counter roll after degassing and screw preloading. Under the extrusion force of the roller, the material will produce plastic deformation and be compressed into flakes. The flake material is crushed, granulated and sieved to obtain granular products. Features: the material is compressed by mechanical pressure, without adding any wetting agent, and the purity of the product is guaranteed.

2. Double die extrusion granulator
It is suitable for making soluble or non sticky particles, especially for fertilizer granules. The fertilizer granulator machine is not suitable for organic fertilizer granulation of sticky rice husk and chicken manure with constant water content. It is easy to block the mold hole. The mould hole needs to be cleaned regularly, resulting in the consequence that it can not work continuously. It is suitable for granulation of compound fertilizer, medicine, chemical industry, feed and other raw materials, with high granulation rate.
3. Flat die extrusion granulator
It is suitable for granulation of coarse fermented organic fertilizer. This granulator machine for fertilizer is mainly used for granulation of coarse fiber, such as sawdust, rice husk, cotton stalk, cottonseed husk, weeds and other crop straws, domestic waste, waste from waste plastic box factory, granulation, briquetting and bar making of materials with low adhesion rate and difficult to form a line, and can also be used for low-temperature granulation of biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer. Production energy: 1.0 ~ 4.0 T / h; pelletizing rate is more than 95%, less material return; power: 22 ~ 90 kW.
Due to the high extrusion strength of the flat die granulator, sometimes the granulation template will be damaged, and sometimes the granulation template hole will be blocked. Therefore, additional equipment care and replacement of consumables are required.
