Our company recently completed the full pre-assembly and verification of a multiple silos single weigh static automatic batching system at our facility. After confirming the precise fit and alignment of the bins, metering screws, load cell brackets, and pneumatic gates, the system was disassembled into transport units and shipped to Port Klang, Malaysia.

The batching system comprises six 2-cubic-meter bins, six weighing screw feeders, a cumulative metering scale, and a PLC control cabinet; it is designed for the automatic proportioning of raw materials for the client's compound fertilizer production line. As the total length of the six bins arranged side-by-side exceeds 9 meters—making integrated shipment impossible—the production department conducted a 1:1 scale pre-assembly in the workshop based on actual installation dimensions, simulating the client's on-site bin layout and piping configuration. Key inspection points during pre-assembly included the concentricity of flange holes between adjacent bins, the load direction of the load cells, and the sealing integrity of the bin-top dust collector interfaces. A deviation in the levelness of one load cell base was identified and rectified through on-site grinding and adjustment, followed by a successful re-inspection.

During disassembly, each bin was assigned a unique ID number, and positioning marks were stamped at the connection points between bins and legs, as well as between metering screws and discharge outlets. Pneumatic gates and solenoid valves were consolidated into a single accessory box, while load cells were individually separated using anti-vibration foam to prevent impact damage during transit. The six bins were distributed across two high-cube containers, the legs and screws were loaded into a third container, and the electrical control cabinet was crated separately.

Documentation accompanying the shipment includes pre-assembly photographs, installation sequence diagrams, load cell calibration records, and operation manuals in both Chinese and English. Customs clearance has been completed, and the cargo is scheduled for sea transport from the Port of Shanghai to Port Klang.
