An NPK blending fertilizer production line, custom-built for a Lithuanian client, has completed its pre-shipment procedures. The equipment has been packed into three containers and is en route from the Port of Shanghai to the Port of Klaipėda, Lithuania. The line features automatic batching, twin-shaft mixing, finished product packaging, and dust removal systems, with a designed hourly capacity of 5 tons.

Unlike previous export projects, this production line was engineered to comply with EU Machinery Directive and CE certification requirements. The electrical control system utilizes Schneider low-voltage components and incorporates dual-channel emergency stop modules in the safety circuits; exposed drive components are fitted with EN-standard safety guards. The dust removal system was designed to meet strict EU environmental limits, achieving a filtration precision of under 5 mg/m³, and the fan is equipped with a silencer. Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent an on-site audit by a third-party certification body, confirming compliance with the CE Machinery Directive and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive; the relevant certificates are included with the shipment.

To withstand Lithuania's harsh winter climate, the production line incorporates specific cold-weather features: heating elements were installed on the pneumatic service units and inside the electrical control cabinets; the mixer's gearbox was filled with low-temperature synthetic gear oil; cold-resistant rubber was selected for the conveyor belts; and temperature compensation modules were added to the batching scale sensors.

Before shipment, a third-party inspector commissioned by the client conducted on-site spot checks on batching accuracy, mixing uniformity, and packaging speed, with all results meeting contractual specifications. The equipment is packed using fumigation-free steel skids and plywood crates to comply with EU quarantine regulations regarding imported wood packaging. Documentation accompanying the shipment includes the CE certificate, English installation drawings, operation manuals, and electrical schematics; all customs clearance documents have been fully prepared.
