Yesterday morning, the first batch of equipment for a 50,000-ton annual capacity organic fertilizer production line—commissioned by a Suzhou client—was loaded at our shipping zone. Six heavy-duty trucks departed the factory one by one, bound for the client's site in Suzhou. The production line comprises a trough-type compost turner, chain crusher, rotary screener machine, granulator, dryer-cooler, and automatic packaging system.

To align with the on-site installation sequence, the production department divided the shipment into three batches; the first batch consists of equipment for the fermentation/turning and crushing/screening stages. To meet local environmental regulations, the line is equipped with a biological deodorization system and a bag-type dust collector; the collector's filtration precision meets local emission standards, and the fans are fitted with noise-reduction measures. Individual equipment units underwent factory trial runs: the compost turner’s travel and lifting functions operated correctly, and the crusher’s hammer heads passed dynamic balance verification.

During loading, cranes were used to position large equipment, and curved saddles were fitted to the bases of cylindrical units to prevent deformation during transit. Electrical control cabinets and precision instruments were crated individually with moisture-absorbing agents inside. The logistics department secured oversized transport permits in advance and planned routes to avoid peak-hour traffic in urban areas. High-strength straps were used to secure the equipment to the truck beds, and escort personnel accompanied the shipments.

Documentation—including installation drawings, operation manuals, electrical schematics, and packing lists—was sealed in waterproof bags and included with the shipment. The first batch of trucks has already departed, and the second and third batches are scheduled to ship within the coming week.
