NPK fertilizer production line parameter adjustment: Optimizing efficiency and product quality

Adjusting parameters on the NPK fertilizer production line directly impacts product quality and efficiency. Getting these settings right is key to stable compound fertilizer production.

1.Raw Material Ratio System Adjustment

Keep electronic scale weighing error within ±0.5%.Adjust conveyor belt speed based on output needs, usually between 0.5-2 m/s.Keep raw material moisture content around 8-12%. Too much moisture is prone to cause clumping.

2.Mixing Equipment Parameter Optimization

Set mixing time typically at 5-8 minutes.Keep mixing speed around 30-50 rpm.A fill level of 60-70% usually delivers the best mixing results.

3.Granulation Key Parameter Settings

Set the rotary drum granulator tilt angle between 2-5°.Control drum speed between 15-25 rpm.Maintain steam pressure at 0.2-0.4 MPa.Keep material temperature between 50-70°C.

4.Drying System Parameter Control Points

Set inlet hot air temperature between 100-120°C.Keep outlet exhaust gas temperature at 60-80°C.Material dwell time should be about 15-25 minutes.Final product moisture should be ≤ 2.0%.

5.Cooling and Screening Parameter Adjustment

Cooled material temperature should be about 5°C below the ambient temperature.Adjust vibrating screen amplitude between 3-5 mm.Choose screen mesh size based on product specs; common sizes are 2-4 mm.

Important Notes for Parameter Adjustment:

Change only one parameter at a time. Check the results before making another change.

Record production data before and after each parameter change. Set up an optimization database.

Remember raw material properties can change; be ready to make small adjustments.

Calibrate measuring instruments regularly to ensure accurate readings.

Scientifically adjusting parameters across the NPK fertilizer production line steps significantly improves product quality consistency, lowers energy use, and boosts production efficiency.
