Building a bio-organic fertilizer production line requires these core equipment pieces

Bio-organic fertilizer production differs from ordinary fertilizer processing. The core requirements are ensuring the activity of beneficial microorganisms and guaranteeing thorough decomposition of materials, placing specific demands on production equipment. A complete, compliant, and mass-producible bio-organic fertilizer production line requires several core pieces of equipment.

In the fermentation and decomposition stage, a compost turning machine is a crucial piece of equipment. Bio-organic fertilizer relies on microbial fermentation. The compost turning machine can periodically turn the compost pile, providing oxygen, cooling, and dehumidification, effectively preventing oxygen deficiency and mold growth, and avoiding the high temperatures that kill beneficial microorganisms, ensuring thorough decomposition and maintaining the fertilizer's biological activity.

In the raw material pretreatment stage, a material crusher is essential. Livestock manure, straw, and microbial residue are often lumpy and have uneven particle sizes. After being refined by a crusher, the material ratio becomes more uniform, effectively avoiding the problem of incomplete fermentation of large particles.

The forming and refining stage requires a fertilizer granulator machine, a low-temperature dryer, and a screening machine. The granulator processes powdered materials into granular fertilizer, improving fertilizer utilization; the low-temperature dryer precisely controls temperature and dehydrates, preserving the activity of microorganisms while drying the material; the screening machine selects well-formed granules and removes substandard materials.

In addition, belt conveyors are fundamental supporting equipment for the production line, responsible for material transfer between processes, enabling automated continuous production and reducing labor input and material loss. The entire set of equipment has a clear division of labor, forming a complete production closed loop from raw material pretreatment and fermentation to molding and refining.
