The tons bags fertilizer packing machine is a terminal device in fertilizer production lines, handling large-package filling tasks. Its user interface is simple, allowing one worker to complete bagging, monitoring, and bag changing operations. The machine transforms the manual shoveling process for packaging up to one ton bags into automated filling and metering, significantly reducing labor intensity. It is suitable for ton bag packaging of powdered and granular fertilizers, especially ideal for export, wholesale, and large-customer distribution. The equipment is available in both fixed and mobile installation methods. The mobile version can be pushed under the silo to directly connect to the receiving port, offering good flexibility.
Working Principle
The ton bag is hung on the bag rack by straps, with the bag opening covering the filling port. After starting the packaging program, the feeder quickly fills the bag, and the weighing system continuously monitors the weight. Once the fast filling value is reached, it automatically switches to slow filling, stopping feeding when the target weight is precisely reached. The bag rack automatically releases the straps, and the full bag falls to the ground or pallet for removal by a forklift. The operator re-hung an empty bag, presses the start button, and begins the next filling cycle. The entire process is continuous and cyclical, resulting in high ton bag packaging efficiency.
Operating Instructions
Before starting the machine, check that the feeder, bag hanger, and pneumatic system are functioning properly, and zero the weighing instrument. Hang the empty ton bag on the hook, ensuring the bag opening covers the filling port and is clamped securely.
Press the start button; the machine will automatically begin fast feeding. Observe the weight display on the touchscreen; as it approaches the target value, the machine will automatically switch to slow feeding. After filling is complete, the hook will automatically release, and the full bag will fall.
The operator uses a forklift to remove the ton bag and attach a new bag to continue. If the packaging weight needs adjustment, modify the parameters on the touchscreen. After finishing work, clean up any accumulated material around the filling port and turn off the air and power supplies.
