Working Principle
After the packaging bag is fitted with the discharge port, the pneumatic bag clamping mechanism clamps the bag opening. Upon receiving the start signal, the feeding screw begins to rotate rapidly, forcibly filling the powder fertilizer from the hopper into the bag. The weighing sensor measures in real time. When the bag weight reaches the preset fast-feeding value, the screw automatically switches to slow-feeding, stopping once the target weight is precisely reached. The bag clamping mechanism releases, and the filled bag falls onto the conveyor belt and is transported away. The system then cycles to process the next bag. The entire process is PLC-controlled, enabling continuous automatic packaging.
Operating Methods
Before starting the machine, place an empty bag over the discharge port and check if the bag clamping action is flexible. Set the target weight on the touchscreen. Start the automatic operation mode; the machine will begin continuous packaging.
The operator is responsible for continuously placing empty bags over the discharge port and monitoring the weighing display for normal operation. If the packaged weight deviation exceeds the allowable range, stop the machine and check the feeding screw and weighing system.
Regularly clean the powder adhering to the discharge port and bag clamping mechanism to prevent affecting sealing and metering. After packaging is complete and the machine is stopped, empty the hopper and screw to prevent the powder fertilizer from absorbing moisture and clumping.
