Working Principle
The granules fertilizer packing machine achieves accurate metering through a combination of gravity or vibration feeding and an electronic weighing system. Material enters the feeding mechanism from the buffer hopper, which feeds the material into the packaging bag fitted at the outlet in a two-stage (fast and slow) manner. The granules flow rapidly into the bag under their own weight, and the weighing sensor detects weight changes in real time. When the material inside the bag approaches the set weight, the feeding mechanism automatically switches to slow feeding, stopping once the target value is reached. The bag clamping mechanism then releases, and the full bag falls onto the conveyor belt to be sent to the sealing process. The entire process is PLC-controlled; the operator only needs to perform the bagging action, and the rest runs automatically.
