Working Principle

After the material enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating blade rotor powerfully shears and impacts the straw. The material is repeatedly shredded in the shearing pair formed by the rotating blades and the fixed blades, gradually breaking down and shortening the fibers. After crushing, the material is discharged through the screen under the action of airflow and gravity, while coarse material continues to circulate and be crushed within the chamber. The high-speed rotation of the blades provides strong cutting force and high material throughput efficiency.

Maintenance Methods

Check blade wear and edge condition every shift. Sharpen or replace dull blades promptly. Maintaining sharp blades is key to ensuring crushing efficiency. Check the gap between the stationary and rotating blades; excessive gap reduces crushing efficiency and should be adjusted promptly.

Check screen wear weekly. Replace screens with enlarged or damaged meshes promptly.

Check bearing lubrication monthly and add high-temperature grease.

Check belt tension and wear quarterly and adjust or replace as needed. Replace all worn cutting tools and inspect the condition of the spindle and bearings during the annual overhaul.
