A customized rotary drum granulation production line has recently completed container loading at a domestic port and is officially en route to Nigeria. Procured by a local fertilizer enterprise, the facility will significantly boost domestic compound fertilizer production capacity upon commissioning, meeting the agricultural fertilizer needs of Nigeria and neighboring West African nations.
To suit the production environment of West Africa—characterized by high temperatures, heavy rainfall, and diverse raw material types—the production line incorporates several customized features: the rotary drum body and drying system are treated with enhanced anti-corrosion coatings, and electrical control cabinets are equipped with dust-proof and heat-dissipation systems. The granulation process parameters are flexibly adaptable to various raw material formulas—including urea, monoammonium phosphate (MAP), and potash—enabling the stable production of high- and medium-concentration compound fertilizers with diverse nutrient ratios to meet the needs of local staple crops such as maize, cassava, and cocoa.

To simplify on-site installation, the core sections underwent pre-assembly and no-load integrated testing prior to shipment; components were dismantled, boxed, and numbered according to the installation sequence, and the shipment includes comprehensive installation guides and a package of wear-resistant spare parts to effectively shorten the on-site construction period. Addressing the challenges of long-distance ocean transport, the logistics team reinforced and moisture-proofed large components—such as the drum body and motors—to ensure the equipment arrives at the destination port in perfect condition.
Upon the equipment's arrival, our company will dispatch senior engineers to Nigeria to provide installation guidance, commissioning, and training, ensuring the project's successful implementation from start to finish.
